Andrea Oakley
Andrea Oakley, is an artist
from the beautiful Turner Valley area of
Southern Alberta. With the exception of a
high school art course, she is a self-taught
artist who has enjoyed trying out many different
mediums including graphite, pen and ink, watercolor,
acrylic, and her favorite: oils.
"Growing up in the foothills of
the Rocky Mountains, I have always admired the
abundant wildlife and gorgeous scenery found
here. I have also had the pleasure of traveling
to other places such as Australia, New Zealand,
Fiji, and several locations within the USA. No
matter where I go, I am amazed at the beauty and
diversity found in nature, and this is what I try to
reflect in my paintings. As you view my paintings,
I hope you enjoy them as much as I have enjoyed
creating them"
